AP Equity Properties Development was created in 2005 to enable our investors and partners to participate in various development level projects where cash flow may not be clearly established at the onset of the project. Investment into our development projects may include all aspects of real estate development up and until the ultimate sale to a cash flow investor. Our recent projects include, hotel and retail development, redevelopment projects for office buildings, and other single tenant projects.
